Order information — items purchased, order value, payment status (processed by Shopify; we do not store full card numbers).
Account information, if you create one — email, password (hashed), order history.
Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, collected via cookies where you've consented (see our Cookie Policy).
Marketing preferences — whether you've opted in to email or SMS marketing.

3. How we use it

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

Contract — processing orders, arranging delivery, handling returns and customer service.
Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, improving the site, and non-intrusive analytics.
Consent — marketing emails/SMS and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
Legal obligation — retaining transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

4. Who we share it with

We share data with the processors that make the store function, including: Shopify, Inc. (platform, checkout, and payments), our payment providers, delivery couriers, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising partners. We do not sell personal data.

Some processors (including Shopify) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data remains protected.

6. How long we keep it
